Two different levels of RCM assessment
We have designed two RCM assessment programs that will suit your needs and your budget. These help us assess your needs and deliver immediate value to your organization.
Level 1 RCM Assessment
Over a two-week period, our team will interview your RCM staff (by phone, videoconference, or in-person). We will review your RCM-related data and assess your systems and set up. At the end of the assessment period you will receive a report on how you score from 1-10 with specifics. This is a great package to choose if you already have some clues where your problems may lie and want confirmation, or when you are needing a quick, expert assessment to jumpstart your own investigation.
Level 2 RCM Assessment
In this program you get everything in the Level 1 Assessment, but over an eight-week period we are able to offer much more in-depth analysis. This program may include a code audit, reimbursement analysis, studies of denials and A/R aging, and more. The Level 2 process is going to offer guidance on both identifying the issues and providing recommended solutions. For companies in acquisition or fast-growth mode, this can also provide valuable due diligence learnings and insights.
Optimizing Existing RCM
This is another consulting role we often undertake for companies who may tell us, “we know what’s wrong, we are just not sure how to fix it” or “we don’t have the right people to fix it.” We can offer prescriptive solutions that can turnaround the problem, perhaps outsourcing a particular function (A/R for instance), or offer interim leadership to start the changes while you search for a new leader. If a bottleneck comes from a specific process, billing to government payers for example, we have the expertise to fine-tune the system and break through the barriers.
