Compliance Office and Director Operations Support

Suzie brings over 25 years of experience in operations and process improvement with 14 years in revenue cycle operations. She began her healthcare career in self-pay collections and patient financial counseling. Her process improvement experience allowed her the opportunity to participate in many process improvement projects throughout the revenue cycle as well as patient experience projects and patient flow (clinical and financial) projects.

Suzie is experienced in managing vendor relationships. She spent 4 years in the complex claims environment specializing in motor vehicle accidents, workers’ compensation, and veterans administration claims.

Before joining ERCM, she was the Chief Innovation Officer for a Healthcare Revenue Cycle SaaS product. She has also served in the roles of Vice President of Operations and New Business Development, Compliance Coordinator, and Associate Director of Revenue Cycle Support.

Suzie earned her BS in Management & General Business Administration from Troy University where she was a summa cum laude graduate. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and baking bread. She enjoyed mentoring students in the servant leadership program at Columbus State University as well as serving on the Board of Directors for a recreation outreach center. She is married, has 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren.
