Randy Penberg, CMPE serves as the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Management Resource Group (MRG), LLC, an EqualizeRCM company in Atlanta, Georgia. Randy brings over 22 years of medical group leadership experience in billing, coding, compliance, full-service revenue cycle management, and EMR system implementations. He began his healthcare journey in physician practice management at MRG before advancing to the Managing Partner and CEO role. Randy has been listed in the Mississippi Business Journal in 2003 and 2005 as a member of the “Mississippi Fast Forty,” recognition of the fastest growing privately held Mississippi-based companies.

Randy holds a BA in English from the State University of New York at Albany and participated in graduate studies in Healthcare Administration at the College of Public Health of the University of South Florida-Tampa. He is Board certified in physician practice management as a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) through the American College of Medical Practice Executives. Randy is an active member of the Medical Group Management Association.
