Elizabeth brings over eight years of unique experience in revenue cycle management specializing in account reconciliation, patient services, and collections. She started her career in banking as a teller and made a transition to healthcare before advancing to management roles in collections and patient services. She is well known for developing a three-step system reconciliation report that proves true bank-to-system reconciliations and working with software developers to create ERA auto payments and denial posting. Elizabeth’s keen eye toward revenue cycle details has resulted in finding millions of cash in unposted payments, adjustments, and denials.

Elizabeth earned her BSBA in Accounting from DeVry University in Houston, Texas. She is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and an avid adult learner.

Elizabeth is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to her clients, and volunteering at the Houston Food Bank. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, camping, bicycling, and working on race cars. Elizabeth is married to Raymond III, a commissioner with Exxon Mobil and race car guru. She is a proud mother of Emma, her nine-year-old daughter, and Raymond IV, her five-month-old son.
