Brenda is an established healthcare administrator with over 11 years of experience in process implementation, strategic development, and project management within Revenue Cycle. Brenda is passionate about ensuring consistent revenue growth while maintaining the utmost adherence to all federal and state regulations.

Prior to joining ERCM, she was the Revenue Cycle Director for a Critical Access Hospital in East Texas. Outside of the office, Brenda enjoys spending time with her dog Beau and analyzing Accounts Receivables for new cash flow opportunities.
