Bhaskar Kalale is an IT and IT Enabled Services professional with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. Bhaskar provides strategic direction and drives operational excellence in our India delivery centers located in Mysuru and Coimbatore. He is passionate about using a combination of people, processes, and technology to solve business problems and create customer, employee, and organizational value.

Bhaskar spent more than 20 years in the US, first as a student and then working for start-ups and large companies in Silicon Valley, where he held senior-level positions, prior to relocating to India in 2011. Prior to joining EqualizeRCM, Bhaskar served as President and India Head at Theorem Inc, a New Jersey-based Digital Marketing Service and solutions provider. During his tenure, he brought about significant changes to drive operational readiness for growth.

Bhaskar has a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Bangalore University, an MS in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University, Chicago, and an MBA from Anderson School of Management, University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
