On December 6, 2022, Clint Brill, Senior Manager, Blue & Co. presented “Show Me the Money: Maximizing Value from Your Medicare Cost Report. Clint took a deep dive into understanding core concepts behind Medicare Cost Reporting, utilizing the Medicare Cost report for decision-making/budgeting/forecasting, and a basic overview of Medicare Cost Report Worksheets. Participants were very impressed with the level of detail provided by Clint Brill, especially as it related to making decisions using the Medicare Cost Report as a strategic tool.
